In the period from January 3 – 5, 2024, the second training module “Philosophy for Children – P4C” was held for the teaching staff of JU Druga Gimnazija Sarajevo. The training was led by SAPERE BH coordinator, also an employee of Second Gimnasyum Sarajevo, M.Sc. sc. Elmana Cerić.
During the three-day training, the participants reflected on the questioning carried out in the classrooms, and then in pairs, they carried out the questioning under the supervision of the training leader. Also, M.Sc. Cerić gave a presentation on work with adolescents, given that the training participants work in secondary education.
The P4C training is implemented by the TPO Foundation in cooperation with JU Druga gimnazija Sarajevo. The program “Philosophy for Children – P4C” has been approved by the Ministry of Education of the Canton of Sarajevo and with the support of the Institute for the Development of Pre-University Education of the Canton of Sarajevo, it has been implemented in this canton since 2021.
