<strong>“Nira”</strong> workshop was held on <strong>March 16, 2016</strong> in the premises of TPO Foundation Sarajevo within the cooperation of <strong>TPO Foundation </strong>and secondary schools of Sarajevo Canton. This cooperation has begun within the initiation of <strong>ETOS Initiative </strong>which is a result of long term efforts by TPO Foundation team to open inclusive and available space for dialogue, critical thinking and information exchange related to the problem of local and global community. TPO Foundation programme director <strong>Zilka Spahić-Šiljak</strong> welcomed students and <strong>Monja Šuta-Hibert </strong>held the workshop. The focus of the work was directed towards the areas of youth activism and use of the comic books for the sake of education.

After the introductory part where TPO Foundation programme director Zilka Spahić-Šiljak addressed students, the interactive part of the workshop followed and the fundamental terms and concepts of action related to the areas of youth activism and civil society in general were introduced to the students.

Presenting the character of courageous and emphatic Nira who fights peer and gender based violence and advocates social justice, this very publication offers possible answers and paths directing towards creation of socially responsible community.
