At Elementary School Hrasno in Sarajevo, teacher Aida Čaušević held a philosophical questioning with eighth-grade students. The fourth session of philosophical questioning in eighth grade was held on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
This time, the students formulated five philosophical questions – through the idea of TRUTH OR LIE – and finally voted on the question “If there were no lies, would we be happy?”
During the discussion that followed, the students again showed an exceptional level of maturity and critical thinking. Critical, creative, constructive and empathic thinking were represented, and the students’ examples of situations from life in which it is and is not allowed to lie were particularly interesting.
